#98- Back in Action

After some great advice (read: butt-kicking) from a friend this week, I am back on track, and have a plan. I just started reading The Metabolic Effect, so I will let you know how that goes as I read. I am also changing my workouts, and have LOTS of thoughts about that, but I want to do a few before I lay THAT thought process out. Thankfully, I haven’t rebounded much in weight, I weighed in at 357.8 on Monday. More to come.
